I appreciate the templates for 1-on-1 meetings and the guided questions. Often, what holds me back from starting a performance assessment or review is not knowing what topics to discuss. My experience is limited to use for 1 on 1's and goal tracking. However, the platform is very easy to use and allows for a quick way to integrate real time question and goal tracking for new hires if used weekly. I don't particularly care for the ask AI feature. The AI has no context to create original responses with any accuracy. At most it could be used to rephrase and refine things I have already typed but as an engineer, I would use GPT plus or XAI for that. Integrating AI so deeply in your platform is unnecessary.
