User friendly, and makes it easy to gather employee feedback in a structured way. "Insightful and automation-friendly platform for improving employee engagement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?

At Deltek, Quantum Workplace has been instrumental in driving our employee engagement strategy. What I like most is how it combines survey automation, analytics, and AI-driven insights to help us make data-informed decisions. The platform’s reporting dashboards provide a clear view of engagement trends, sentiment analysis, and team performance — all in one place.

The ability to schedule surveys, automate reminders, and generate dynamic reports has reduced our manual workload significantly. It also integrates smoothly with our HR systems, allowing leadership to connect engagement insights to retention and productivity metrics. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy for both administrators and employees to engage without friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

While the platform is robust, I’d love to see more flexibility in customizing analytics dashboards and deeper integration with tools like Microsoft Teams or Slack for real-time engagement. A more adaptive mobile experience for managers reviewing feedback would also be a great enhancement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforming Engagement into Action"
5/5
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?

The strength of Quantum Workplace lies in its comprehensive insights + actionable engagement tools. It’s not just a survey platform — it seamlessly links employee feedback, recognition programs, goal tracking, and analytics into one unified experience.

Some highlights:

The dashboards make it easy to identify trends and prioritize interventions across teams.

The recognition / peer praise modules help foster positive culture and visibility.

Its integrated approach (feedback → goals → performance) helps keep alignment and visibility tight, reducing silos.

The user interface is clean and easy to use, making adoption across HR, management, and the broader team smoother.

Overall, Quantum stands out for turning raw engagement data into clear, strategic actions rather than just collecting responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

Dislikes / Areas for Improvement

Goal-Setting Complexity & Confusion

Many users report that the goal-setting interface is not always intuitive. Setting up nested goals or adding key results sometimes feels clunky or convoluted, especially for users new to the system.

Navigation & Overload

The platform’s richness in features can lead to information overload. Some users find it difficult to locate certain functionalities, and the UI can feel overwhelming at first, especially in modules with many submenus.

Limited Survey Flexibility / Customization

Some users say survey builder features like branching logic, text formatting, or custom layouts are constrained — making it harder to tailor surveys to all organizational use cases.

Advanced Features Often Tied to Higher Plans

A few features are only available in more premium tiers, which may limit access for smaller teams or organizations with tight budgets.

Software Advice

Filtering & Reporting Friction

Extracting deeper insights—especially when drilling into response data, cross-filtering across dimensions, or correlating different modules—can require effort and sometimes external tools.

Learning Curve for Non-Admin Users

When users don’t regularly engage with certain modules, they sometimes forget how to perform tasks (like copying a survey or managing permissions), because the workflows aren’t always intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
