I like Quantum Workplace because it provides a clear vision of areas of opportunity and areas to keep pushing. I appreciate how it allows direct feedback from leaders in real-time. I like that Quantum Workplace is very user-friendly. The website is well laid out and makes it easy to switch between different aspects. I appreciate that it's simple to log in, access the homepage, click on feedback, and see all the feedback I've been given over the year from various supervisors.
