Quantum Workplace starts with the premise that you simply set goals. I don't think that's where you should start in leadership development. Workers should begin with identifying core values and then create schedules and goals around those values. The initial setup wasn't that easy, specifically setting up supervisors (and switching supervisors), which was not user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very user friendly and provides an easy platform to work within for setting up 1:1 times, evaluations and other tasks that are meaningful to the organization. I like being able to recognize peers and capture the one-on-one goals with colleagues all in one place.
