I like that it eliminates paper forms and provides a way to give interactive feedback that can be more thoughtful. I also appreciate the use of AI to offer suggestions. That said, it didn’t feel very intuitive to me. For example, I selected an organizational goal for myself, but once I completed the goal, it was labeled it as a personal goal. When I signed on to complete this review, I chose to validate my email in my email. However, I was still required to submit the code. I am not sure the system is able to integrate all the options it allows. We had one onboarding session and I missed it, soI am wondering if training is integrated. I dont see that. AI is somewhat of a nuisance, as it seems to take up a lot of visual area and I am not sure how to incorporate it into the activities without making it more complicated. I either haven't learned to use the AI or it is too complicated. I think the goal should be to make things easier, but this AI asks endless amounts of questions that really make it difficult to get to the point. I don't need the AI to make what I'm saying more flowery. I need it to understand if what I said makes sense. If it is not a clear sentence or goal or whatever, maybe it could rephrase for understanding, then make a suggestion. I did not end up using the AI because when I attempted it was like going down the rabbit hole. I really found the Quantum Workplace platform helpful for getting feedback and insights from my team members, seniors, and leadership. It's been a great platform to use. It's easy to use for getting and providing feedback, which is really useful. I liked that it provides requested feedback on my engagement and allows for real-time or after-engagement performance reviews. I think Quantum Workplace should have an option for dealing with feedback that I don't agree with. Like if I get feedback from a senior and I don't want to accept it, there should be a way to question or clarify the points. I find data overload and admin or customization roadblocks to be issues with Quantum Workplace. New users, especially managers who are not data analysts, can find the dashboards overwhelming. Also, predictive analytics require a steep learning curve. Creating complex and customized forms with branching logic can be difficult or missing altogether. I appreciate that Quantum Workplace helps us be goal-oriented and assists me in improving and developing over time. It adds a layer of accountability to the long-term goals that I have as an employee and is effective at making sure my supervisor and I regularly talk about goals and development. I am required by HR to fill out these goals and feedback and do 1-on-1s, but I always get a sense I'm ticking these boxes this for the sake of some staff far away in HR, rather than choosing this as the best tool to help me do my work well.
