It is also easy to monitor your goals and interact with your company through the message board. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** I dislike that, when doing peer review, there is no option for anonymity. I believe that people are less likely to be honest in their opinions of their co-workers when they cannot hide their identity. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a uniform third-party service to aggregate both peer-to-peer and administration-to-employee evaluations saves time. That may be an issue as I did not download the app on my smartphone yet. Having templates for check-ins allows you to change them up and stop conversations from being repetitive. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** The goals feature is a little bit of a love-hate for me. I love having the goals and being able to have 1 x 1 conversations focused around them, however, as a lead, trying to find the purposes relating to your team can be confusing, it was difficult to filter to see my team (or I haven't found it) and you can't add notes to a goal without editing the whole thing. I would love to see an option to quickly add a note to a goal so you don't need to create a whole new 1x1 if you're having a quick chat with someone. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quantum is solving my issue about having effective 1x1 conversations with my team. I understand it also has a 'Surveys' section, but I've never used it for this purpose. Our Firm has identified a few minor issues with some feedback forms not saving correctly, as well as additional features that would be nice to have for our specific needs, but nothing that is hindering utilization in any major way. The default currently posts everyone's update to the feed making the all company feed cluttered where you cannot see the individual shout outs to people being recognized for exceptional items. The impression I've received is people do not realize they are posting some items everyone can read. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Receiving feedback from a variety of individuals in one location. ### 34. This helps to ensure consistency across the firm. I also like how efficient it is in terms of ensuring that advisors and advisees are connected in terms of reviewing feedback providing and alignment of career goals. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** Overall the program works really well. The setting may exist, but I would like it if a supervisor were able to request that a feedback request come from an employee. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quantum is used for goal setting and performance management at our firm. The social aspect of engagement with posts and recognition is valuable and beneficial. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** The analytics available for OKR review is lacking. It's almost as though Quantum saw OKRs as the up-in-future goal-setting methodology and slapped the title on their previous goal-setting template. As an OKR Program Manager, the data needed is not available here. No ability to provide customized dashboards is frustrating. The manual process of pulling reports for updates and engagement checks is cumbersome. Again, this is not an accurate OKR tool. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Temporarily, the tool provides a space to house corporate and team OKRs with visibility and a platform to track progress without relying on spreadsheets. I would not say Quantum is the reason behind the performance increase, as it has been the setting and work of OKRs. Quantum is merely the vessel to house the OKRs. ### 38. As long as we take the time to enter the information, everything in it is beneficial for us. It is another tool to record and track our career development and role contributions. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** Some fields can be inflexible when it comes to creating "unique to the goal/project." I understand in order to make the data trackable and easily measured from the admin and leaders' perspective, simple descriptions and standard fields are a must; otherwise, there'd be too many data points. In my position, I find it hard to distinguish daily objectives and goals and translate it into strategic ones. Small accomplishments count also. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the management and record of employee/management feedback. It provides leadership a central location to review and measure employee performance viewed by peers, colleagues and direct supervisors/managers. Without it, HR would need to rely on individual managers' personal organization and tracking their teams' accomplishments, goals, etc. In Quantum, there are templates, forms, and guided 1:1 conversations. The tool is good for me. I can go back and pull up conversations that my manager and I have had due to our use of the tool. ### 46.
