There are better tools and uses for the money our company is spending that this. The metrics gathered from this site and technology have to be the most out of touch and demonstratively false information that a company could ask for. Unsupportive, and fake caring from our employer, minimal effort from the top down. The suggested questions are a helpful place to start in conversations. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** Quantum Workplace starts with the premise that you simply set goals. I don't think that's where you should start in leadership development. Workers should begin with identifying core values and then create schedules and goals around those values. The initial setup wasn't that easy, specifically setting up supervisors (and switching supervisors), which was not user friendly. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quantum Workplace is somewhat more user-friendly than previous platforms. However, it doesn't solve a lot of problems in leadership development as it focuses on goal setting instead of identifying core values first. ### 3. I should be able to bulk assign and update goals. The system should automatically update the team's goals. The duplicate feature is simply not enough. Not enough integration with other systems like ADP and iCIMS. Staff require a one login and cohesive experience. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is creating problems. My excel spreadsheet with staff goals is easier to use. I simply have to many direct reports for this much manual work. ### 9. It’s a great way to stay on track and improve. One feature I particularly like is the AI tool that helps make the feedback sound more positive and friendly—though I think it’s underutilized, it has great potential to foster a more supportive atmosphere. I also find the system easy and intuitive to use overall. The goal-tracking function is interesting, and I think it adds value in helping people stay aligned with their objectives. It’s a user-friendly platform, which is always a plus! **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** I find that it tends to prioritize negative feedback, which can make it harder to foster a culture of teaching and constructive discussions around mistakes. Instead of offering the opportunity to discuss feedback through a conversation, the software often generates very generic comments. These can sometimes conflict with other feedback received, which makes it difficult to identify a clear path forward for improvement. I believe a phone call or direct conversation would be much more effective in ensuring clarity and providing the opportunity for individuals to ask questions and improve. It could be helpful to introduce an additional step in the process or a specific feedback option for situations that require a back-and-forth conversation. This would allow both parties to agree on the feedback before it is finalized, ensuring the information presented is clear and actionable. Additionally, I’ve heard from others that there have been instances where managers have written incorrect information in feedback, and they were unable to correct it. The only option available is to add a short response, which doesn’t seem sufficient in these cases. It would be great if there were a way to revise incorrect data before it’s finalized. The social aspect of engagement with posts and recognition is valuable and beneficial. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** The analytics available for OKR review is lacking. It's almost as though Quantum saw OKRs as the up-in-future goal-setting methodology and slapped the title on their previous goal-setting template. As an OKR Program Manager, the data needed is not available here. No ability to provide customized dashboards is frustrating. The manual process of pulling reports for updates and engagement checks is cumbersome. Again, this is not an accurate OKR tool. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Temporarily, the tool provides a space to house corporate and team OKRs with visibility and a platform to track progress without relying on spreadsheets. I would not say Quantum is the reason behind the performance increase, as it has been the setting and work of OKRs.
