It adds a layer of accountability to the long-term goals that I have as an employee and is effective at making sure my supervisor and I regularly talk about goals and development. The initial setup was easy. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** I am required by HR to fill out these goals and feedback and do 1-on-1s, but I always get a sense I'm ticking these boxes this for the sake of some staff far away in HR, rather than choosing this as the best tool to help me do my work well. I don't use Quantum ever in my daily work decisions, so it simply adds another layer of bureaucracy to an already bureaucratized work environment. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Quantum Workplace to ensure regular communication with my supervisor about goals and development. It helps make us more goal-oriented and supports my improvement and development over time. ### 2. Metrics to measure job performance that mimic social media are largely mediocre **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2022 **What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?** Of the genre of job performance metric aids which as a genre are all entirely mediocre, quantum makes the process less painful by having a clean and simple user interface. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** I dislike the entire concept of job performance metric aids as a start. There's no scientific evidence that they work to improve employee's abilities; they just make shareholders feel better. And the clean and simple user interface which is the best thing about Quantum is still a negative - the user interface is too simple to be customizable for my needs. The goals metric only really allows for one kind of goal, and the way of sharing positive feedback through a social media style scrolling feed is saccharine. I wouldn't use it if I didn't have to. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quantum Workplace solves the problem of shareholders of my company wanting a tangible, measurable way of looking at human lives and determining which of them have more value than others and it benefits me by $25 exactly since that's how much I was told I would get for writing a review. ### 8. There is no visibility to previous yeas self assessment in 1-on-1 feature. Lastly, I would like to export my goals and commentary in a word document, but that doesnt appear to be possible.
