**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

Quantum Metric truly allows us to identify what went wrong, rather than just guessing based on logs. It has also been extremely useful in uncovering UX issues and making our analytics more statistically meaningful. Thanks to Quantum Metric, we have been able to better prioritize improvements to our UX and product overall.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

It's challenging for beginners to get started with QM. Watching replays can be quite time-consuming. Additionally, I occasionally had trouble locating a user session using the basket ID, even though searching by IP worked without any issues.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QM has been instrumental in helping us identify the root causes of issues, eliminating the need for guesswork. We have been able to track and address UX problems more proactively. The evidence-based testing enabled by QM has made it easier to prioritize bugs effectively. Additionally, QM has improved the way we report metrics across our e-commerce application.

Data about a specific company is secured, so we need the captured data statistics in order to transfer them to our internal data lake.

Mainly focused on performance. It helps me get a high-level view of the data, but I need more detail at the component level rather than only at the page level.(sales force)

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

I really appreciate how Quantum Metric makes it easier to find bugs. It didn't take long for Quantum Metric to point out a bug that was costing us a lot of money, and we were able to identify the issue quickly. Also, I find the Felix AI feature very useful. I don't have time to watch 500 sessions daily, so I use Felix AI to save time by summarizing training videos and large reports for me.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

I found the UI to be kind of dense. It took me time to understand Quantum Metric, so maybe if the UI can be a little more user-friendly.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quantum Metric to quickly identify costly bugs, saving us thousands every hour. It helps pinpoint issues without guesswork, like detecting API failures and visualizing user interactions, which leads to fast fixes. I also use its AI to save time by summarizing sessions and large reports.

When we have internal clients submit issues, Quantum Metric makes it so easy to go in and replay the session so we can see exactly when and where the problem occured - before QM, it would be a lot of guess work.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

From the very first time I saw Quantum Metrics, It had instantly transformed my mindset  and then my capabilities and therefore the way I approached my daily work. It has enhanced and elevated my productivity to such an extent that I cant remember how my work day operated before I integrated it into my processes and practices. The platform provides me precise, actionable insights, allowing me to diagnose issues with far greater speed, accuracy, and precision than I could ever imagine, Without the need of triaging to other teams for analysis or route cause validation, I have the answers at the click of a button, meaning I have the solution and fix instantaneously, from analysing the data myself.  If more people adopted QM as a standard application process,  then they would undoubtedly share and personally feel the significance and impact it can have on their work as an individual,  and as a Team, and a business,  To help shape and shift their IT landscape as a whole. Everyone wants a magical solution, or secret weapon and this is mine. It’s the tool that for me that transforms challenges into opportunities. System Issues into easy identifiable potential fixes. Alerts into real time actionable preventions and so much more. Quantum Metrics is the future, and I’m proud to say I’m part of that journey.

Agent behaviours -  Physically seeing the session and being able to identify the journey and agent behaviours, errors and pain points. 
Event logging - To see an error and easily track and diagnose the error directly from the events within our infrastructure and able to triage this for fix.
Alerts - To use the alters to set thresholds and deep dive in into error analysis in P1/p2 situations

QM gathers data that not all other tools can capture. Additionally, it focuses on insights around the unique data collected because of the potential improvements by reviewing and actioning these learnings. We have a lot of great data but the behavioral view of the data provides insights we would not have seen anywhere else.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

My only dislike is that there is a bit of a learning curve to fully optimize use of the tool. I'd love to have been a super user from day one!

Currently, it's helping us understand the cause of a problem we know we have. While the data around the actual problem is clear it has helped us understand the customer experience in order to properly address what needs improving.

Being able to view assisted channels and customer interactions within the same software. Glassbox needed to have two different log ins and had to do some digging for end to end logs to find the appropriate sessions.

Some of the functionality is hard to use. Recorded sessions sometimes do not load, with white screen or extreme latency. Visability for different enhancements are sometimes not available.

That it aggregates sessions for review very well and allows all kinds of data to be broken down and compared in dashboards, trend analysis, and video reviews to learn user behavior and friction points.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

Case sensitivity in segment builder searches. Lack of ongoing refresh rates that cause the same data to load even though new segments are benig searched. That I cannot separate error codes, success codes by commas and have to use separate lines to search data in the segment builder which wastes time spent finding things that can be more easliy found using csv (comma separated values). IT's difficult to get simple answers in the Quad, for example if I want to define what "Attention" means in Visible, there is not a glossary of commonly used terms that I can refer to save time to get a clear answer. I have to search chat threads like I am on Reddit and decipher which threads are menaingless to my search and where I may find a quick, effective answer.
When I go to review Mobile Phone sessions a LOT of times I get White blank screens and not screens with what users saw, so a lot of my Mobile searches waste a lot of my time.

Being able to see and identify customer behavior and friction points allowing me to answer questions I wouldn't otherwise be able to without the software

I have been using Quantum Metrics for some time now. It has improved a lot in terms of monitoring and alerting. It is quite easy for us to find the user sessions and look at their session and see how things went for them

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

The alerting still does not work in a way which is useful for us in most of the scenarios. For example for an alert for "unique visitors" and some criteria...the alert gives "Affected users" which I have noticed is usually less than the threshold when the alert has fired.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quantum helps me in looking at the app from a user perspective and find out why they might be frustrated . Quantum also shows all of the issues , in the order of occurence, when they arise in the website/app. This helps us in finding the most recurring issues and sometimes help us find what is the most useful feature for our users

Easy to use, track clean and quick interface and multitude of searching options. It is easy to implement in our code and allows for multitude of teams to gain insight into user behavior and track issues. It's easy to integrate with other ticketing tools to tie back sessions and be able to recreate scenarios for our customer support team to action. We use this tool on  a day by day by multiple business units.

We would like to be able to tie sessions where Quantum Metrics is having issues capturing data. Either if it's a firewall issue or some other limitation, so we can track those and troubleshoot them.

The sheer number of different reports and insights you can generate from QM is so helpful. I love using the new Interactions Beta + Journey Flow. The ease of downloading data and sharing it (Screenshots) is incredible. Session Replay's have been shown to be incredibly transformative for us  - in terms of highlighting and sharing issues/experiences from Customers.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

The loading speeds with Interactions Beta. I have found that when you try to load zones, it can take upwards of 30min to load data for a page with ~50 zones. This has resulted in a lot of late reporting from our side, which can present itself as an issue.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us identify user experience roadblocks, which benefits our overall CX and conversion. A lot of these findings were previously invisible.

I like that I can setup Alerts to track failures for our new travel routes.  I can pull the data to help resolve any issues during the booking journey. I also like the new Interaction feature.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

I dislike that when searching for a session replay and the customer was using the mobile app the sessions are  either non viewable or I simply can not locate the reply in QM.

Is allowing me to help our customers have a seamless journey when purchasing out products. I can view the data to rectify an issue prior to becoming a bigger problem.

The event tracking integration we have with Adobe is a game-changer. Everything we need to fully utilize QM was set up in a flash.

It takes time to learn the tool, but to be fair that goes for almost every (new) tool. With QM we found that some team members had trouble getting started and integrating it into their weekly workflow, but after creating dashboards we lowered the barrier of entry.

Getting us closer to the consumer. Session replays in conjunction with dashboards and quant data help us understand our users better, their friction points, and helps us identify potential optimalisations.

I'm able to hear about an issue and either recreate it or pull up the reported replay and observe exactly what the issue is. Once discovered, leverage QM to quantify the issue for prioritization.

Intermittent issues. When guest report something and we are unable to recreate it, the session replay is proof that the issue is real. I could write a BOOK on the insights QM has provided our team.

It's rigidity for Single Page Applications and our Android application. Loading data can be extremely slow. I also wish Journeys feature was a little easier to understand.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

QM is the Ferrari of digital analytics, complete with top notch staff who take time to understand your business to help you extract value. Although it's undoubtedly suited for Retailers with a conversion moment, publishers and subscription services and other industries can find value in usage tracking, investigative error detection, A/B design testing and compliance monitoring. There is nothing we haven't been able to build metrics for by way of designing 'events' to fire on design feature appearances or moments of interaction, and using advanced and detailed logic in Beta Dashboards to build customized numerators and denominators in highly specialized metrics based off of those events. Compared to other competitors, the logic and granularity of the things we are able to monitor and track is incomparable because of the level of customization the QM team can devote, their dedicated approach to understanding your business, and the logic available to track things on an individual, session, or page hit basis.  I love the Visible app - being able to quickly see heatmaps and scroll depths from your site itself, and being able to see detailed journeys and funnels that you can customize not just based on URL visitation but any interaction moment you choose, including presence of error messages for example. Did I mention already that the QM staff are unparalleled? Cam in particular has been a wonderful proactive and invaluable asset in his knowledge of our company in designing the events we need to track new design features, and we appreciate proactive error and design suggestion improvements from Lake.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

For those that rely on digital analytics vendors for customer tracking and reporting purposes, I would like to see a Googlesheets integration so dashboards can be downloaded and deliverables built from them. For others, the dashboards and historical charted metrics are enough.  QM permits analytics from a visitor, session or page hit basis but is based on a session model (where a session is a visit to your site, and times out after 30 mins of inactivity) which gives great frequency indications, but their upcoming work to make the visitor metrics more front and center will be welcome to our needs. I am also very excited about sequential eventing: being able to design metrics around not just those who did A, B and C, but those who did A followed by B followed by C which will be extremely helpful in getting us monitor and design digital frictionless journeys.  I would recommend a dedicated member of staff to get the most out of your contract with QM. The learning curve can be steep to get to the level of self sufficiency, but the climb is worth it - you can literally measure anything you want.

- Design Improvement: we are able to compare before and after design changes, and monitor A/B tests to qualtify improvements

- Seasonal customer behavior pattern tracking: We are able to track seasonal differences and plan ahead to counter them

What I like best about Quantum Metric is the people. Among the ways I could describe how great they are, I'd like to highlight their problem solving skills. They're a "yes and" team. No matter the use case, the QM team develops solutions that deliver insights to the business.

Among QM's opportunties, the tool could improve how it displays the interactions experience. The experience feels less exact or uniform than I'd want. But this is not a huge deal, because the same insights can be recieved through a different method.

Quantum Metric delivers insights that allows the business to quantify how the the web expereience impacts sales. These insights allow the business to find the biggest frictions in the funnel and prioritize. It allows the business to conduct pre/post analysis on changes made to the site. It allows the business to understand and compare shopper segments. It provides the business concrete examples of sessions for troubleshooting. QM delviers insights on pricing, copy, conversion, cart size, session time, and SO MUCH more.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

Product - The session replay and event capture helps us easily identify friction in the user's experience. By default, QM captures almost everything happening in the DOM and has pre-built events to identify user issues, meaning we don't have to test, retest, and hope to replicate a user issue. QM has helped us improve conversion rates on marketing LPs. QM allowed us to pinpoint specific customer login issues coming in through the call center when other analytics tools could only point us in a general problem area.

Support - We meet monthly with a three-person team from QM...our CSM, a product lead who helps us create reports and configure events, and our engineering lead who helps with some of the more technical issues. When we had internal barriers to ingesting clickstream data, our QM team went above and beyond to find a workaround. Our onboarding engineer helped us implement and configure QM very quickly and really helped smooth the learning curve. This isn't like many tools that leave you to wander online forums and tech docs looking for answers, though they do have a great online learning center and user community.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

No major compaints about the session replay portion of the tool but the out-of-the-box reports can be sparse at times and we initially had issues with some of QM's custom reporting interface. You could only combine certain dimensions and metrics and the custom reporting interface crashed a lot. We gave QM feedback about our inital pain points and they responded by fixing certain features and adding many more. The reporting portion still has a ways to go, but I was impressed by how the engineering team really engaged with our feedback and has fixed a number of user pain points.

QM has helped us identify and fix technical issues leading to funnel abandonment, improving our overall conversion rates. It also helps our creative teams see which messages users respond to and how they use our site.

very few functionalities are slightly not do-able by new bees and it should be explinaed to them on how to build dashboards. one view for the visual metrics where we can apply a filter and see the drop off point, grab session ids for triage, journey/funnel detials and how it got converted.

Quantum Metric is a very powerful tool that takes the guesswork out of understanding the customer experience.  It allows us to actually see what the customer experienced when looking into an issue, and also allows us to identify optimization opportunities.

Areas for improvement is that it is not available in all of our customer flows and the PII blocking could get better so that we're only blocking words that are relevant to PII and not field descriptions or anything else that would allow us to understand the experience.

QM helps us differentiate between a defect, user error and optimization opportunities.  We use replays to understand the customer journey and also use heat maps to understand where improvements can be made or where there is room for making the journey more straight forward for the end user.

I believe the replays are the most usefull part of this tool!  It allows us to troubleshoot and see in real time what our customers are facing!  The interface makes it very user friendly and it is easy to navigate!

I think the thing that I dislike the most is that the opportunities assume too much.  Although they are good directionally, they are overinflated in the $$ we will gain by "fixing" this issue.  I find myself constantly having to remind the people who access those opportunities that they need to take them as directional only.   I wish they would be a little more accurate in the $$ associated with them.
