This tool provides the monitoring management for engineers to control the aircraft configurations, preventive and corrective maintenance task, logistics and supply chain management, airworthiness documents for authorities compliance etc. **What do you dislike about Quantum Control?** NA as it also update the various technical records of aircraft like aircraft quality control documents, logistics documents, maintenance work orders etc. **What problems is Quantum Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quantum Control is managing the engineering documents like airworthiness documents, logistics documents, authorities compliance documents etc. ### 2. Now it is very easy for me to handle MRO, Distribution. **What do you dislike about Quantum Control?** Once you take a free trial than you'll love this & you have to buy it's subscription. **What problems is Quantum Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aircraft maintenance related work are very easy to handle. Now we know what actually we can do at the time of maintenance. ### 3. This software provides great traceability and all regulatory forms. **What do you dislike about Quantum Control?** Sometimes bugs take a bit to get resolved. Since it is so flexible to handle multiple aviation business types and processes, takes time to get set for your environment and train staff. **What problems is Quantum Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can do everything we need to regarding front office and back office processing with this software. All regulatory forms are included meaning you can generate all docs you need right through software. ### 4. If you are using the same functions over and over each day you can really learn a lot. The pictures on the screen are also very helpful. They show you exactly what you are looking for and the drop down menu shows you what you are looking for. In my last role I used the same drop downs and the same applications every day so I knew how to use the software very well. I have used this software with my previous two companies and I am very familiar with using this software. **What do you dislike about Quantum Control?** Although it is a very easy software to use. It does have a lot of flaws. The software is limited in its use. You as the user have to tailor it to fit your company's needs and it does take a long time to set things up. The software itself does have many glitches as well. It tends to freeze a lot. It also depends on the user's settings and the operating system. It tends to freeze more for certain people than others. I wish this system was more reliable and that it was easier to setup and manage. There are a lot of glitches that need to be fixed. Also there are certain functions on the system that you do not have access to and that has to be set up by your company administrator. **Recommendations to others considering Quantum Control:** I would recommend this software for easy of use and setup. It does take some time to get it setup to where you want it. At my last company we were always making changes to it so it better suited our needs but it does have some flaws as well. Quality of Support is hard to get. To call and get help with the software if there is a problem does take a long time. **What problems is Quantum Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving problems including inventory and location. With quantum control you can look up who last worked on a specific part and where the last part is in regards to location. The benefits of using the same software over and over each day means that you can use it to your advantage. You can learn new things everyday and it is using this software where you can gain experience. ### 5. It's a fully integrated business software solution and highly recommended for anyone on the aviation MRO, or parts distribution industry. **What do you dislike about Quantum Control?** The system runs slower than I would like when searching part numbers. Especially in some of the more custom modules, like Remote Manged Inventory. **What problems is Quantum Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** Component Control helped us develop a unique vendor management inventory system using the RMI module. This system helped us win new business and expand into new markets. The problems are the slowness, but we have learned to manage around it. ### 6. I have found that Quantum Control in cases goes into far more detail than expected which is a huge bonus. Being able to visualize everything on a single screen and see how parts, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and more are connected is a big time saving tool and very beneficial. **What do you dislike about Quantum Control?** I wish I could search inventory by manufacture or lot # and that there would be more export options for exporting data. Also, it would be nice to have the program UI updated to a more modern material look. **Recommendations to others considering Quantum Control:** Quantum Control though appearing older, is the complete package. If you are a smaller business needing to make things more streamline and easier to manage, Quantum Control is a solid option that will do just that and more. **What problems is Quantum Control solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quantum has allowed the business to much better keep track of purchases, sales, and inventory.
