I work with Gtmhub as a partner (I work at an OKR advisory firm) and we use their product internally to manage our own OKRs.
As a partner, I appreciate Gtmhub because they are quick to assist us with any one-off questions. They are professional, experienced, and take the time to research any questions we pose in order to provide the most accurate and helpful response possible. One thing that stands out to me about Gtmhub is their drive to perfect their product, and they’ve solicited our help and feedback numerous times in order to make those improvements.
As a user, I appreciate Gtmhub’s attention to detail. Their system makes it easy for OKRs to be both as simple as you need them to be or chalked full of all the necessary intricate details that make OKRs so flexible and impactful. It’s a fine line that most of Gtmhbub’s competitors fail to address. My favorite thing about Gtmhub is that they’ve created their platform around the entire OKR experience. From drafting your OKRs as a team, to publishing them, to executing upon them, and finally to reviewing your OKRs with your team, there is a feature for every step in Gtmhub. Something no other OKR platform has done quite so well. My favorite of the features is the Whiteboard which allows teams to collaborate in a shared space to ideate around the most significant objectives they need to accomplish in the coming OKR session. Gtmhub’s whiteboard makes it easy for everyone to come together virtually to collaborate, ideate, and even publish their drafted OKRs into something that’s finalized and ready to execute. I believe it's something they are already working on, but I'd like to see some additional functionality built into the 'List' feature. It's helpful for reviewing a team's OKRs, but I think it could be more customizable in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
