It's a good and straightforward tool to record, track, update and manager OKRs.

We all had to spend very little time and effort to start using it.

1. No custom ordering of Objectives or Key Results. You can sort Objectives in the alphabetical order (having created appropriate names for them with numbers), but there is no sorting in the alphabetical order of Key Results within each Objective. The 1st you create will be on top and so on.

2. "Dashboard" works somewhat strange: shows only something and in strange order. Again, you can't sort lists they way you want.

3. "Feed" works strange: it would be more convenient if you can first look at the Objectives/Key Results and then see updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use it for OKR tracking and for weekly reflections in the business.

We love using the gifs in reflections but sometimes if you change to a different tab before saving your reflection then it deletes the gif. Can be a bit frustrating when you've spent the time to find a good one! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By looking at the quantitative results, I can better analyze how beneficial the action steps I have determined to realize my OKRs are. Thanks to this guidance, I can control, improve or change if there are things that are wrong in my activity steps and that do not lead me to the goal. In addition, when I see green data in quantitative results, my motivation for that target increases. When I see the reds, I deduce that I should spend more time and work better for that target.

It is a very productive program to be able to accurately set our goals and monitor processes and progress. In particular, thanks to the communication of team members, it is possible to move towards the goal with faster and more accurate steps with different perspectives. I don't like to see that I can't achieve my goal :) It is difficult to quantify data on only some targets. Therefore, we have difficulties in creating and reflecting quantitative data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a great solutions that powers the OKRs. It includes all the features needed to deploy the strategy inside a company with a team without experience using the metodology. The automations helps a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The KR would be better if they had other ways of measuring. In the past, I used different platforms, and allowed me to establish Mile Stones for a specific KR that helps a lot, mainly in not numerical achievements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main difficulty I have experienced is related to login/authentication, as we have not yet integrated with single sign-on.

Quantive Results provides a lot of flexibility in how we configure our Objectives and Key Results to align with our culture, leadership and governance structure to facilitate decision-making. The Insight Boards are extremely helpful in narrowing our focus on specific areas, but developing customized Insight Boards is not very user friendly and requires technical professionals to develop. The biggest issue we have had is the bugs and glitches, as a team we try to log on or get our summary done and it does not work sometimes - this could be improved on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
