The number one feature I was looking for in an OKR software application was the ability for all organization members to see all OKRs. This program does that very well. What sets this particular program apart from similar software is its Whiteboard feature. For the more visual members of our team, the ability to draft OKR elements on a virtual whiteboard, then be able to import them into a live OKR is a tremendous asset.
