I'm sure for their larger customers they provide dedicated SLAs. **Recommendations to others considering Quantive StrategyAI:** If you are looking at OKR apps, start with GTMhub. Their monthly options are inexpensive for teams just getting started and allow you to test the OKR model, and allows you to scale up as you grow without the large upfront commitments of other OKR apps. Compared to other tools I've tried, it was the easiest to understand how to get around and accomplish my jobs-to-be-done. OKRs are a simple concept but not straightforward to implement, I believe that the tool to manage OKRs has the same challenge - empowering an organisation to leverage such a simple concept while keeping it as straightforward as possible. **What do you dislike about Quantive StrategyAI?** They have a nice free-trial but their features availability per tier isn't that clear in my opinion and that lead to some confusion as we started to use the tool and found several features missing. Sometimes it's very easy to forget about OKRs until the very last minute, but with Koan we found a good way to make sure that doesn't happen. You can see the breakdown of OKRs from top to bottom and have great visibility over what everyone else in the company is working and focusing on. We have weekly meetings with our manager where we sit together and go over each OKR and see how likely we are to complete it on time. It's also a great way for us to talk about road-blocks and ask for help. **What do you dislike about Quantive StrategyAI?** There's nothing I dislike about it.
