Very little training necessary for use. Do really like the company page that supports mission, vision and values as well as the diagram of relationships between company goals, key results and team sub-goals. Also, really enjoy the room available for the "about" section in each team that allows detail roles and responsibilities to be described for each team so that team members can have quick access to the roles within the team. **What do you dislike about Quantive StrategyAI?** No separate handling of KPIs as a distinct measurement treated differently from a Key Result or Objective. In the OKR book, KPIs track performance of what's already there whereas KRs bring results moving objectives foward. Also, no differentiation between teams and departments/major functions. So it scales beautifully. and the personal service of having someone walk through the setup and usage is so helpful, quick service response when needed, and lots of examples. **What do you dislike about Quantive StrategyAI?** Every once in awhile i come across a random issue, like a custom icon not showing correctly. and sometimes, it's TOO customizable, but both of these are minor and quickly solved. **Recommendations to others considering Quantive StrategyAI:** Not the best for small businesses, but any business using OKRs or even in a planning cycle can benefit, imho. The collaborative white board feature is worth it alone... Furthermore, there is a lot of training materials available, as well as examples spread throughout the solution (e.g. free OKR examples you can easily use for your own company). If that's not enough, their team was always there to help with any questions I or my clients had. **What do you dislike about Quantive StrategyAI?** Certain modules feel like they are still in development or require a lot of customization in order to be used throughout the company (e.g. the feedback module). Maybe it could work via Zapier. It could be nice to have a manual sorting of OKR for an individual use. Specifically, this would include a free-form text template where each participant can provide a brief summary of progress made the prior week, priorities for the coming week, notes on areas where they are stuck and a summary of travel plans for that week. White boards behave very strange abs and the end doesn't meet the purpose. Connectivity of tools it's not easy, documentation it's not clear.
