The reporting is clunky since the dashboard doesn't fit a regular screen, it's hard to export charts for editing to the company's style or branding, the export of the data only allows for raws, not tables of results except for maxdiff. Sometimes I would like the help section to be better layout and more complete but this is comparing to the one for Qualtrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the insights dashboards are a great way to visualise data to be used by other people in my team. Meaning I can create an interactive report to share with my team and I can communicate the message in a visual way. I also appreciate that you can hover over the charts and it highlights the significant differences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When adding graphs to a insights dashboard I find it frustrating that I can't add mulitple graphs at once. It also isn't ideal that the insights dashboards aren't reactive depending on your screen size. For example I work on a large monitor so create the dashboards using the full width, however when my colleages view these on a smaller laptop screen they have to scroll sideways.

Also, in the analyse section, I wish it were possible to view all graphs at once for a specific set of variables, as currently I have to check all graphs to see if there is anything intereting there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The many different functionalities that allow you to build your research, analyze data, and report on the findings -- all completely custom to your research needs/objectives. As a DIY client, I don't have to reach out to another team / person to make revisions or process the data. It's very efficient and seamless, saving us so much time as a team. I wish it were easier / more intuitive to customize the aesthetics of the graphs, like changing the overall color scheme or color scheme of individual graphs. Everything about the platform is difficult to use. The formatting of the graphs is unusable so I end up having to recreate all the charts (often the text gets cut off or the data labels don't show up for all bars). Also, figuring out how to create a variable is super time-consuming. I often find myself playing around with all the options before I get the data I'm looking for.
