While Quantified is an invaluable platform for onboarding there are areas for opportunity. For example, ensuring the avatar has enough practice rounds with the existing reps to learn different terminology and disease state knowledge can be challenging logistically.
The avatar adapts with more practice sessions and those interactions are needed to mimic realistic customer engagements. I wish there was a way to provide more time for the avatar to learn and gain exposure. This would equip the system to handle more diverse customer interactions. Quantified's customer service is terrific in matching your needs to a potential solution. You never felt like they were trying to jam a round peg into a square hole, and their solutions are highly customizable enabling specific focus on the right details. We've observed a significant increase in the time our learners invest into practicing using Quantified because it's available on-demand and allows for honest self-reflection without the fear of judgement. As far as I am aware, the Avatar is unable to support 'dynamic' conversations that may lead in a number of different directions. To be fair, I'm unaware of any product able to do this currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been able to utilize Quantified AI for multiple purposes, including coaching and new hire training initiatives. The team works diligently to incorporate any features we've requested. User engagement remains a challenge - in our experience, over a two-year period with more than 30 users, leverage has been relatively low even though early adopters recognize benefits and performance improvements. Impressive to see the analysis, so quikly and accurately of your speech. I especially like the learning content provided, it is connected well with my growth opportunities.
I don't know competitors who are able to do such an analysis.

As any learning activity, it required time. Then, I would prefer to have an integrated tool into TEAMS, Skype or Zoom, which will automatically analyse all my speeches. As feed-back, people like the solution but do not use it because of lack of time. After 2 years of usage, with more than 30 people, engagement is very low.
