It provides the user with data on how the ads or mails were percevied by the clients. **What do you dislike about the quantic factory?** Although it intgerates will with major tools likes shopify, mailing services and social platform, it would be good if the users can map their own data set from their custom data servers. **What problems is the quantic factory solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to gain more knowledge on how the clients responded to our marketting letters and also wanted an approach where we could send our clients personalised custom made emails, which was acheivable with the help of Quantic Factory. ### 2.
