(4)4.9/5

Quanta is time tracking, project management, and invoicing for agencies and small teams, priced flat instead of per seat. One price covers your whole team, so adding a person never adds to the bill. Track time the way your team actually works: a live timer, a desktop tray app for Mac, Windows and Linux, quick manual entries, or a weekly grid. Organize everything by client, project and task, with budgets, billable and cost rates, and timesheet approvals when you need sign-off. Turn approved time and expenses into invoices without re-keying anything, then push them to QuickBooks Online or Xero along with payments. Reports cover profit, revenue, utilization and hours by client, project or person, and everything exports. Switching trackers takes one CSV. The import wizard brings across clients, projects, tasks, team members and full time history in a single pass, and shows you exactly what will be created before anything is saved. If it doesn't look right, undo it and run it again. Individual is $10/month. Team is $40/month flat for up to 100 users. Free trial, no credit card.
