I have been using Quant for planograms management and I couldn´t be more satisfied with the software. What I like the most is its ease of use. The interface is intuitive and doesn´s require a steep learning curve; additionally, you can always count on the technical support team to help you throughouts the process. The ability to create and adjust planograms quickly and efficiently has been a game-changer for my team. When evaluating multiple alternatives for a visual merchandising solution, we identified Quant as one which would fulfil our needs. We experience ease of use and ease of transition from our previous solution. The ability to link our data sources with SAP, the detailed insights provided on product sales and margins helps us design planograms which optimise our contribution. What do you dislike about Quant? The only issue I see there is, its not possible to work in Quant if you don't have a internet connection. which means it will be not possible to work offline. The way it makes the work of our store managers in particular easier. We can see the difference in the stores that we have already mapped in Quant and those that we haven't yet. Managers with Quant don't have to think about where and how to place the merchandise or if or how many pieces of equipment will fit in a given equipment, Quant handles all of that for them and they then have more space to focus on the operation itself and our customers. We'll admit that as newcomers to Quant, our biggest struggle so far has been in the area of the store editor, which already seems very technical to us, but that's more due to our ignorance than a lack of Quant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Quant solving and how is that benefiting you? There are three issues where Quant makes it easiest for us to work with the assortment. Firstly, it's the simple placement of products in optimised planograms, which helps us to efficiently place products in the store space and, when set up correctly, optimises product stock so that our sales staff don't have to replenish quick turnaround items more often than necessary. Furthermore, it helps with the placement of mandatory products resulting from supplier contracts and finally Quant significantly helps with space and inventory planning when opening new stores or renovating existing ones. Quant is super easy to pick up for any user, having the ability to have multiple users means we can share workload rather than relying on one super user. It is extremely fast and responsive, considering the amount of data it handles. From day one of using the software we were able to have accurate planograms which were implemented in stores the very next day. The customer care we have received from the Quant team have been faultless, we have had two issues of user error which the Quant Support team were able to rectify within hours. The software is extremely affordable and meets our business needs, and we have only scratched the surface of the features that are available to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Quant? Like any software, advance features are sometimes tricky to learn and therefore are not used by the majority. However, Quant have got several manuals available. My suggestion would be to spend some time learning these features as they will save you time in the long run. Having the ability to see the range you have built in 3D is superior, however sometimes this can lag depending on the size of the project. Also adding in extra elements to add to the look and feel (like marketing POS) can sometimes be sightly challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Quant was introduced to the business to help us plan for our partnership retail channels ensuring we were buying a range that could fit within the different variations of retail racking we have across the estate.
