**What do you like best about Quandri?**

Quandri portal is easy to use and makes it simple to customize our Personal Lines renewal reviews. We now use it through the SDK to process reviews quickly and consistently. The pricing matches the value and it’s more cost-effective than having a Producer, Account Manager, CSR, or outsourcing handle the same work. Onboarding took longer than expected; however, we had a handful of items we wanted and needed to customize to make it work for our agency. Quandri listened to what we were looking for and developed the changes so we could deploy them to production. The output is fast and accurate, and it provides a clear summary in an activity note for the Producer to review. Each review takes a minute or two, instead of 15+ minutes spent comparing expiring vs. renewal. The AI/Intelligence also adds helpful talking points for the Producer, calling out gaps in coverage for upsell opportunities and highlighting changes made in the last term that affect renewal pricing. We are excited to try the next product (Requoting + Connect).

**What do you dislike about Quandri?**

As mentioned before, the onboarding process took longer than expected. One drawback of the product is that it only processes downloadable policies and carriers that are supported. While the majority of our policies fall into that bucket, it would be much better if it could process all personal lines policies so we don’t end up with a bifurcated workflow (automated review vs. manual review). I’ve heard there are advancements coming, so we’ll sit tight and wait for those.

Quandri helps reduce the heavy volume of repetitive manual work that brokers and servicing teams deal with during renewals and policy processing by automating parts of those workflows. For our team, this translates into less time spent on administrative tasks such as reviewing renewals, routing work, and updating systems, which allows employees to focus more on client service and other higher-value work. The biggest benefits for us have been improved efficiency, faster turnaround times, and a more consistent ability to scale operations without needing to add the same level of staffing.

**What do you like best about Quandri?**

Quandri has been a great tool for insurance renewals. Typically our account managers spend 2 to 3 hours on summaries for our clients, and that time has been cut down to minutes. The best part about the summaries is that we can customize them, and the user interface is extremely easy to use. The onboarding team has been very supportive. Shout out to Hinal! One thing I'm really excited about is the integration of the new business system. Once the AI can quote for new business, it's going to be a very impressive system.

**What do you dislike about Quandri?**

So far I don't have any dislikes, as I understand that all of these companies are startups at the moment. What I will say is that the performance of Quandri is miles ahead of other AI software we've tried in the past. Not just from a software standpoint but from a service standpoint as well.

Time, it's solving the problem of time, lol. Some of the summaries we've kicked out to clients have also minimized the questions we get from clients about increases at renewal because they're so detailed. Which is allowing us to address more clients faster.

I love how innovative Quandri is. The renewal tool has been a complete game changer, and the new remarketing tool is amazing. These tools not only save our employees time, but also help get a quote into the client’s inbox and hands faster.

I’m still working on figuring that out. In the meantime, I’ve been working closely with my Quandri team, and they’re always quick to get back to me with updates. They also consistently take my feedback seriously and use it to keep moving the needle.

For our agents, Quandri has made the renewal process so much more efficient. What used to take multiple platforms and systems can now be handled in one system, creating better efficiency across the entire process. The prompts that are generated are also a great tool for our team!

Our agents are able to send generated AI proposals that help customers understand whether they should stay as is, consider adding lines they may have outside of our agency, or determine if they need additional coverage overall. This creates a greater level of trust with our clients because it shows we are proactive, attentive, and staying on top of their insurance needs!

**What do you dislike about Quandri?**

At this time, I haven’t noticed any issues with the program.

**What problems is Quandri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Quandri, our agents had to spend valuable time working through renewal pipelines, and many customers would call at renewal time feeling stressed and ready to shop around for new insurance.

The difference has been incredible. Customers feel informed and reassured before renewal time even arrives, which has significantly reduced those panicked phone calls. Instead of reacting to problems, we are staying ahead of them and creating a smoother, more personalized experience that builds trust and shows our clients we are truly looking out for their best interests.

This is an excellent way to stay in touch with our clients. The emails are well written, and our clients have been very responsive. We have tried many different products and the integration with Applied Epic has been the most seem less of anything we have used.

Quandri is allowing us to get in front of our Personal Lines customers in a time-effective way. With the state of the market, we need to be touching our customers more than ever before. The Reviewer is allowing us to see what gaps we possibly have on some files in respect to coverages as it is configured to review and look for these gaps.  We may have missed these if it were up to advisors to discover as they are on strict time limits

I find Quandri really useful for renewal reviews and requotes as it makes the process much easier and faster. I like how the information provided for renewals is simple for clients to understand their coverage, discounts, and price. The ease of quoting within the system stands out as a great feature. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, which is always a plus.

Accuracy of quotes needs to be worked on more. The quotes given in the system miss several key items such as discounts, which drastically change the overall price.

The bulk of the review process is completed on the day the renewal becomes available in our carriers.

We've had some issues using Connect emails through Applied EPIC where changes made to the email don't save and send correctly. Some other options to make Connect better would be to offer more options to format the email the way we prefer and to spell check the content.

The review activities have saved us a ton of time which benefits us so we can spend more time communicating with the client.

The only downside I’ve noticed so far is having duplicate policies, but that’s not something that can’t be fixed in the future!

I like that the communication to the customer in Quandri is completely customizable for each client and retains the overall feel from the agency. It's great because I can personalize the generic emails in a way that aligns with how I naturally communicate with my customers, like including a personal note about their vacation or using their nickname. Also, the initial setup of Quandri was fairly easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Quandri?**

At the beginning of our Quandri journey we had a recommended coverage feature in our email communication to upsell things like water/sewer backup or roadside assistance when a customer did not have it present on their policy. However, a lot of times this coverage is included in a package endorsement and Quandri has not been able to accurately capture this data and update the email accordingly. We ended up excluding that part of our email for now.

Quandri helps with policy checking, allowing us to reach out to customers who would otherwise renew without communication. I can customize communication to fit each client, like personalizing notes or using their nickname.

AI always has issues, we are relying on it working correctly and identifying key details within a policy. So of course there are often errors or coverages that are shown as "missing" when in fact they are already on the policy.

Quandri enhances time management by identifying how much a client’s premium has increased compared to the previous year. This allows us to quickly prioritize renewals with significant increases and proactively engage those clients, improving our ability to retain them through earlier, more strategic outreach.

To me there are no glaring issues with Quandri. I feel like it does a great job doing exactly what it was designed to do.

It solves a few annoyances. The renewal dates being in order helps you stay on top of things with clients. It provides organization, reminders, and saves time by having a great email ready to send insureds with the click of a button!

I like how Quandri gathers information about the client and compiles it together. For example, if renewing a homeowners policy it finds the roof year to include in the email so that way the client knows what we have on file.

**What do you dislike about Quandri?**

I do not like how Quandri only lists one insureds name even though there may be two names listed in the Epic system. Also, sometimes Quandri pulls in wrong numbers, such as deductibles.

Quandri solves the problem of emailing everyone their individual renewal and then attaching that email in Epic. In Quandri you can simply look up a client by policy number or name, find their renewal, make sure the information is correct, hit send, and then the email automatically attaches into Epic.

**What do you like best about Quandri?**

Not much to report, it never works correctly for any of the things you've set it up for.

**What do you dislike about Quandri?**

Pretty much everything, the emails are long winded and inaccurate with the data it includes, sending a separate email for every line of business is also a waste of time. Correcting this data is laborious and seems redundant for a system that's supposed to make it easier

**What problems is Quandri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quandri hasn't solved a single issue that I have had, in fact, it's made it worse.

Onboarding team is very knowledgeable and created a very smooth process. What I saw in the demo is the exact experience I've had after implementation. Support team is very engaged on my company getting the most use out of the system.

Upfront investment in considerable, but I was surprised at how quick we have seen a return on investment.

**What problems is Quandri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed of manual task. It has cut our initial time for preparing a review to 1/5th the time. Efficiency and consistency of service team.

**What do you like best about Quandri?**

I use Quandri for sending renewals to my clients, and it's incredibly helpful because I don't have to write and review the whole renewal manually. Quandri saves me about 10 minutes on each renewal. What I like most about Quandri is its speed, accuracy, and efficiency. It saves time. The initial setup of Quandri was super easy, and I'm completely satisfied with how it's performing.

I don't have to write and review the whole renewal. Quandri saves like 10 minutes on each renewal. It saves time. Time is valuable.

I like that Quandri is people friendly, so it doesn't give big words that people don't understand and breaks stuff down. It makes things way faster by making emails for me and having the document typed up so I don't have to spend time typing it. It was very easy to set up, and now everybody uses it in our whole company. I would recommend a 10 because it makes everything so much easier and faster. Highly recommend them.

I don't dislike anything.

I use Quandri to send review emails, cutting down workload and speeding up tasks by automating email creation. It’s people-friendly, breaking down complex information simply, making everything easier and faster. Highly recommend it.

Currently the most helpful service is the Quandri Reviewer.  Very thorough, love the reporting in activities.  Very useful during renewal reviews.

While I know this will be developed sooner or late, it's the inability of applying rules other then "exclusions".

Helping with repeated administrative steps.  Provides more time to concentrate on coverages rather then admin steps.

The user interface is seamless and the implementation/client reps are highly competent.

The only dislike is how heavily tied is is to Epic, I'm a large fan of the product but we'd have to use Epic to receive the "maximum" value.

Administrative task such as labelling documents and updating commissions. Large cost saver.
