Qualtrics is very easy to use inorder to implement the survey you are creating. Once you have created a survey you are happy with it can be adapted and edited for use on future projects. I have personally built one survey and used it on a weekly basis changing only minor details (title, location, names) to work for that project.

I took one online seminar through my employer and felt compfortable and excited to use this software for my work. The customer support has been outstanding as they have offered additional sessions for help or pointed me in the right direction for my answer.

Qualtrics has many advanced features that, if used properly, can lead to an extremely well-crafted survey. For example, you can utilize display logic to skip certain questions based on how previous questions were answered. This means that a researcher can craft an in-depth survey catered to the respondent, and only relevant questions will be asked. As a university student, I used Qualtrics for both a market research class, and for a survey on behalf of a client as project manager for my school's consulting group. Both times I felt I was able to create a quality survey that yielded actionable insights, and crafting my questions always felt straightforward. My only issue with Qualtrics is that it is a little difficult when it comes to collaboration. In my case (specifically in my market research class), multiple group members would frequently work at the same time and have different parts of the survey assigned to them. This meant that when analyzing results from different sections of the survey through crosstabs, it was easy to accidentally mess with another group member's crosstab, as when you go to view crosstabs, it does not automatically default to your personal crosstab. Furthermore, only the person who created the project can add on collaborators, so if another collaborator needs to be added, but the project creator is unavailable, you are out of luck. Also, when editing the survey, the question numbers never change, meaning that, even if you delete certain questions or switch the order of certain questions, the displayed question number will not change. This means that in order to organize your questions numerically post-edits, you have to manually change the question number. This was slightly annoying, but a rather small inconvenience of what is otherwise a very solid platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Survey design—writing questions, piping in text, and controlling survey flow—is really easy. I like that Qualtrics allows me to save questions from previous projects and import them into one ones.
