I really enjoy how everything is technical. I'm very tech savvy, and being able to use computers, iPads, phones, anything in that nature, it allows me to truly use things easily. I like the functionality of survey building in Qualtrics Strategy & Research. There are lots of response formats to choose from, and the range is really comprehensive. QualtricsXM makes building surveys with complex logic simple, the interface is intuitive, and the reporting dashboards give clear, real-time insights. It scales well for large projects, integrates smoothly with other systems (like our online community, for example) and still gives flexibility for customization when you need it. There is a steep learning curve for advanced features if you’re used to other platforms. Also it is a higher cost compared to lighter tools, and occasional frustrations with collaboration or survey ownership, especially if someone outside your organization is helping you.
