What I like about Qualtrics EX best is the user-friendly system that is easy to navigate as an admin user. The online work instructions and the Qualtrics Basecamp are helpful when first navigating their system. What I dislike about the product is hard to say but the only issues I have would be to have more widgets to use to display data or have more customizations when it comes to that. The widgets now are great but for some such as the key analysis widgets you have to select your questions one by one besides just selecting all at once.
