What do you like best about Quality Professionals (Q-Pros)?

What I like most about Quality Professionals (Q-Pros) is their structured testing approach and attention to detail. Their team provides clear bug reports, communicates effectively, and works closely with our developers to resolve issues quickly. This level of professionalism has been valuable for our team at Majestic Hospitality Group when ensuring the reliability of our systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quality Professionals (Q-Pros)?

One area that could be improved with Quality Professionals (Q-Pros) is the initial onboarding and setup process. Aligning testing environments and requirements took some coordination at the beginning. However, once everything was established, the collaboration became much smoother for our team at Majestic Hospitality Group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hands-On ISO 9001 Guidance That Clarifies and Aligns Processes"
5/5
What do you like best about Quality Professionals (Q-Pros)?

One of the things that impressed me in operating in a mid-sized manufacturing firm was the manner in which they had oriented their ISO 9001 direction. They did not simply put the documents in our hands but literally took us through the process of aligning our internal processes to the expectations of the audit process and this minimised the confusion we had among ourselves. What do you dislike about Quality Professionals (Q-Pros)?

The procedure may be cumbersome documentation wise particularly at the initial implementation stage. In a team that is not accustomed to compliance systems it might seem intimidating before you begin to see the long-term benefits of clarity in operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Methodical Testing with Clear Impact Insights and Helpful Retesting"
5/5
What do you like best about Quality Professionals (Q-Pros)?

I liked how methodical their approach was during testing. They didn’t just flag issues but also explained the potential impact on workflows and end users. Their retesting process after fixes was also helpful because it reduced uncertainty before release approvals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quality Professionals (Q-Pros)?

There were moments where scheduling testing windows around our release timeline became difficult, especially during busier development periods. Better flexibility there would improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their team was consistent with communication and kept testing progress transparent throughout the project. We used them while updating some internal logistics tools, and they were thorough when checking order processing and reporting functions across different environments. What do you dislike about Quality Professionals (Q-Pros)?

Some of the reports were very detailed, which was helpful overall, but at times our developers needed additional clarification to prioritize issues properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practical Recommendations and Audit-Ready Documentation Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quality Professionals (Q-Pros)?

What I appreciated most was that their recommendations were practical instead of overly theoretical. They worked closely with our operations team to review process gaps and prepare documentation in a way that was easier for staff to follow during internal audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quality Professionals (Q-Pros)?

The documentation requirements can feel time-consuming during the early stages, especially for teams that are still adjusting to structured compliance procedures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
