This give a clear understanding where potential improvment are required, what deviation do we have, and what could be the action plan to fix it. Live-check used by my team members are very usefull, they can learn best practices by observing the qualitycloud results I appreciate the capability to activate or not quality rules. **What do you dislike about Quality Clouds for ServiceNow?** Not possible to obtain KPI's of live-checked usage by team members. This KPI could be helpfull to measure QualityClouds adoption first time tealm is using the quality cloud results, their is too much checked rules, and some rules are not always appropriate. Could be great to consider the maturity of the team, and provide 3 to 5 team maturity profiles, and be able to adjust the set of cheked rules, based on team maturity. this could help to ease the adoption by team member. **What problems is Quality Clouds for ServiceNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lack of ServiceNow expertise in my team, Technical debt trend, identify OOB component impacted to study the upgrade. Can justify team size, based on CE impacted per each release ### 2.
