We heavily rely on it to ke­ep track of document updates and provide­ topnotch training and the feature se­t for change tracking and training is the secre­t sauce that keeps our quality and compliance­ game strong. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** A limitation weve­ encountered in our e­xperience with Qualio is its re­porting functionality. Despite exce­lling in document management and compliance­ the reporting tools could bene­fit from an upgrade to provide dee­per insights into our quality management proce­sses enabling more targe­ted improvements. The file organization and linking abilities from documents within documents is very good. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** I do not like how the change control history only limits you to see the last change control. If you want to see previous change control history of older versions of a document you have to create a draft and delete it once you are finished. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualio solves our companies Quality Management Software needs and helps us to maintain all of our documents in a controlled system. Our implementation has been fantastic, with a very hands-on onboarding manager, and we went for the optional extra of Qualio Plus which gives us access to a very knowledgable and helpful advisor for all things Quality related. We are young in our journey, but so far the support has been exemplary, and getting our scientists to engage with the software has so far been an easy task, with many using Qualio every day. With numerous features to apply to our workflows, Qualio has been the centre of our processes since the moment our contract went live, and the software has integrated and adapted seamlessly with our previous methods. 10/10, definitely recommend. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** There aren't many downsides to Qualio. The lack of granularity in the API could be considered a negative factor with administrators, but I would say it is a positive factor with users. Another potential downside could be considered as the narrow scope for document types, e.g. equipment records are simply documents with a different (bespoke) template, whereas with other systems I have used, equipment records are considered there own unique entity within the system(s). **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Document control, audits, CAPA processes, collaboration. **Official Response from Ashley Sherrick:** > Thank you for your feedback! It's easy-to-use with the most necessary features available. Sending drafts out for review, change control, and training are all very easy. I've contacted the dev team several times about bugs and features. They were responsive and friendly. One issue was fixed within 24 hours, and the other was set on their schedule for new features. We use this program every day for all our cGMP documentation. My current favorite feature is its management of forms. For activities that I perform regularly, I can create and save a new form for each activity from a template. It's a good, easy replacement for paper forms, and with review and archival built in to the system, it simplifies the document management lifecycle a lot. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** Our library within Qualio has boomed a bit since starting it. The search function is good, but I feel like I've needed to adjust to it more than it has adjusted to me. Finding the right documents for links and references is sometimes a bit difficult, but I always get what I need in the end. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualio provides an easy-to-use platform for all our startup cGMP documentation needs. It streamlines our review and procedure update workflow and gives as an easy place to archive all our documentation. This has removed the bulk of paperword that gets passed around and prevents documents from getting lost or shredded. ### 46. Computerized System Assurance (CSA) reduces the burden of system validation on the user and potential revalidation when updates are released. With the Customer support is available through the chat icon and responses are provided same or next day in most cases. Qualio provides an array of useful modules that provide locations for to store and manage documents related to events, training, reports, and analytics for all the mentioned items. User documents can be integrated into almost all of differenct Qualio forms with quick and easy access once linked. Once you have become accustomed to the differenct modules and locations of documents you create navigating through the system is very simple. Search functions allow users to find specific documents quickly even when your library contains thousands. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** There are a handful of system bugs that sometimes create errors or slow load time for documents. Most perfomance issues are small nuisances and don't hinder work performance. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Contains our entire documentation processes so the facility is fully paperless.
