QualiFlow is an AI customer engagement and CRM platform built for car dealerships. It connects customer conversations with the inventory, sales and service records teams need to prepare opportunities and maintain relationships. Aria, the customer-facing AI agent, handles eligible conversations through connected website chat, email, SMS, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. She answers using recorded inventory and published dealership knowledge, gathers shopper requirements and helps coordinate appointments and staff handoffs. Teams can review the conversation history and take over when a person is needed. Aria supports English, Spanish and French. The workspace includes contacts, lead scoring, opportunities, vehicle inventory, proposals, visits, sales and delivery, ownership and service requests. Forms and QR codes support inquiry capture; managed journeys support follow-up. Eligible plans add a campaign automation builder, email designer and advanced analytics. Nora helps staff with supported platform and marketing tasks, while the dealership controls permissions, channels and AI action rules. Reporting surfaces recorded buyer requests and budgets alongside available stock, plus response activity and associated appointment and sales outcomes. Features, usage allowances and rollout availability depend on the selected plan and connected providers. External CRM and DMS integration is separately scoped.
