Qualifio is very easy to work with: the campaigns are built in different steps, everything is explained very well, and there is also a great FAQ page to help you with any problems you might have. If there is still something you can't find the answer to, or you are unsure about, then there is the Qualifio Support Team who always answer very quickly, they are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes small bugs occur (but they are always solved quickly). When you make a change in a campaign, it can also take a while before the change is visible in your preview, which can sometimes be a bit annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Qualifio is a great tool for collecting leads in an easy way. As soon as the setup is done it is very easy and fast to create effective campaigns. As everything is based on some predefined campaign types, there are some limitations to the tool; e.g. some question types cannot be used to award points in a quiz, even though it seems like an obvious idea to do.
