We are a web platform that connects multidisciplinary teams, where the recruiter can focus on creating the pipeline and making Human Resources evaluations to candidates. We add a different profile to our recruitment process, a Subject Matter Expert (SME) related to the position who will apply technical evaluations making the process more complete, efficient and precise. An expert in Qualifinds is a professional related to the position and more senior that works in another company but, at the same time, works with us performing technical evaluations. For example, if we are looking for a Front End Developer Mid, we have a Front End Developer Senior from Google, Nubank or Uber that will be evaluating the candidate. A super important thing for us is to know your company, perfectly understand your operation, mission, vision, culture, etc. For us to be able to present candidates aligned to your organization.
