We created an AI SDR persona named Franklin, who communicates in a way that resonates with Fire Chiefs, enhancing the experience for our prospective customers. I like that Piper and the other AI SDRs advise customers based on our website and do not statically rely on an FAQ file, but instead crawl our website and are thus always up to date.
