We've had a wonderful experience using Qualia for our title company. The platform is intuitive, efficient, and has streamlined many of our daily processes. The integrations with other tools and services make our workflow much simpler and help us manage transactions more efficiently. One of the things I appreciate most is Qualia's exceptional customer support. Whether I need to speak with a live representative, request a tutorial, or attend a training class to better understand a feature, their team is always readily available and eager to help. Every interaction I've had has been positive—they are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to ensuring their users are successful. I also appreciate that Qualia is constantly improving the platform with regular updates and new features. I like the ease of use and the fact that Qualia is browser-based, so I can access it from anywhere with a web browser. I also appreciate the support team; they're quick to respond and always looking for ways to improve. I've found it to be the best escrow program I've used out of the two I've tried over the last seven years. Qualia being browser-based means I don't need a VPN as long as I have internet, and it's really easy to use through Chrome, which is my preferred browser. I use the Connect feature a lot, which integrates with Microsoft Outlook, making it easy to upload documents or emails directly into Qualia. I also enjoy the auto draft emails that are specifically tailored to our team, which makes responding back to emails super convenient and quick. These features give me time back and reduce the need for additional steps, allowing me to access certain things directly from our file when responding to emails. One of the biggest pain points I have with Qualia is their accounting system. The ease of use is not as great as some of the other programs I've used. But they're constantly looking for ways to improve, and whenever I have an accounting issue, there's always someone to help me get it figured out. Another small issue is with document handling; it's a bit cumbersome to go into the folders to pull out and move documents. An easier way to move documents around would be nice. It helps streamline transactions from start to finish and saves time by eliminating additional steps and accessing necessary items directly. I really appreciate that the user interface of Qualia is very easy to use and learn, allowing my users to work fast without needing much training. The marketplace vendors are also very useful, enabling me to do many tasks like setting up notary appointments, getting payoffs, and accessing certain information on the file in a very easy and seamless way. The main issue I have with Qualia is the lack of API access. They provide a read-only API, which means there's no way to interact with the software via API. This limitation is a bit of a drawback. Qualia has been a game-changer for our title operations. I really appreciate having everything I need in one platform instead of juggling multiple systems. From ordering lien searches and surveys to submitting title commitments to the underwriter, the entire process is streamlined and efficient. One of my favorite features is the seamless FedEx integration for mail-away packages, which saves time and eliminates extra steps. Because the platform is cloud-based, I can easily access my files from anywhere, and the interface is intuitive enough that onboarding new team members is straightforward. Overall, Qualia has made our workflow more organized, efficient, and user-friendly. It's a platform I'd recommend to any title company looking to simplify its processes and improve productivity. It would be great to see Qualia bring that back and offer a seamless experience for managing remote closings. Having recordings and related documents stored directly within Qualia would make it even easier to keep everything organized in one place and eliminate the need to switch between platforms. Qualia helps us solve everyday operational challenges by automating many of the repetitive, manual tasks that come with managing title transactions. Instead of spending time on routine processes, we can focus on providing better service to our clients. The Marketplace is another valuable feature because it gives us access to services we may not have the time or resources to handle in-house. "Paperless Convenience: Everything You Need at Your Fingertips in Qualia" 5/5 What do you like best about Qualia? Since we are paperless, having the entire file at your fingertips is so beneficial. Easy to review and upload the documents into the file. Can leave important notes in the file so anyone of my coworkers can go into the file to see exactly what is happening on the file at any time and any place. Worth every penny and more. The only thing that I don't like about Qualia is that the buyer/seller's can change and add names to the file and when we are pulling the deed or the commitment we have to go back and try to figure out how a name was added to a file that we were not aware of. I really like how Qualia clears up many of the time-consuming and repetitive tasks in processing real estate transactions. It streamlines document review, helps identify missing information, and potential errors, and creates greater consistency across files. I appreciate the combination of efficiency with stronger quality control, which helps our team catch issues before they turn into bigger problems. Very accessible report(s) generation. Helps keep track of all tasks related to closing. Easily tracks accounting related reporting and lookup of information. Sometimes it is a little difficult on the user / buyer or seller - side. Older people or folks that are less computer savvy complain about having to complete the information, they don't understand how to get into it from the first email, etc. But that improved over time. One of the best features from an accounting standpoint is easily tracking "stale" checks and being able to regenerate / reissue new payments. As an escrow company our books have to be very very tidy end of each month. "Simple, Efficient, and Seamless—Qualia Delivers Every Day" 5/5 What do you like best about Qualia? What I like most about Qualia is how simple and efficient it makes everything. The software is genuinely easy to use, and integrating it into our workflow was straightforward. If you take the time to set it up properly from the start, everything just works seamlessly. Customer support has also been fantastic—any time I’ve run into a setup question or a glitch, they respond quickly and usually have an easy fix ready. What do you dislike about Qualia? You can't enter more than one tax parcel, especially if it's a refinancy. Qualia wants you to use their documents otherwise unless you have to have an IT degree it's so difficult to upload your own. The accounting section is a whole other ballgame of issues.
