Qualia is an absolute powerhouse of real estate and settlement software. I haven't had the time to get everything set up exactly how I want it, and they keep adding new features I want to try! Granted, I work almost exclusively in very rural communities of 5,000 residents or fewer (I said rural and I meant it...) but our clients seem to be very pleased with Qualia and especially the Connect service. Connect makes us look like a much bigger company (3 title agents, 2 of whom are busy attorneys). The entire system is very intuitive and user-friendly, and helps us turn around orders quickly; order entry for existing clients is almost instant with their newest AI features - communication within orders also offers AI drafting that's surprisingly helpful. Education opportunities and support as to their latest features abound - my inbox is full of Qualia communications, and...I'm actually interested in them! All in all, I say Qualia is a home run! Invoice management is not easy within the system - I think if we'd upgraded to use their reconciliation features, that complaint might disappear. Customer support has been a little difficult to wrangle at times, but they pivoted to a slightly different model with one regular contact to get us to the right department (instead of trying to figure out which department we need and looping in the most previous contact for an entirely different issue months later), and that has made a huge difference in satisfaction. Qualia makes it simple to be completely thorough during a transaction, and keeps everyone aware of each file's progress. It is very user friendly, not only for me, but for my clients as well. Balancing is a breeze, making it super quick to complete closings and estimates along the way. I love how I can easily send out items from the program itself and don't require an outside email program to quickly send items out to lenders when they need them. We are able to do everything all within one program. We do not have to have 3rd party integrations to perform different features. We are able to automate so many tasks and message to our customers so they are kept in the loop throughout the process. The sytem will help pin point error within the system so you are not spending so much time hunting through trying to figure out why you do not balance. I wish that Core and Connect had a more seamless connection between to two programs. The Core progress tracker is one thing and the Connect progress tracker is completely different.

The other thing I wish was more robust was the Calendar. We really want to use it but the functionality for an area that does multiple closings per file. We would love to see if work in a more similar fashion to the google calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Contact lists do not include email addresses and you can't export themI It would be nice if they could be exported. It would be a very valuable tool for my marketing lists.

Formerly I manually typed title commitments including long legal descriptions, now it is as easy as checking a box. Legal descriptions are read by AI and I only need to proofread rather than type.
