Love Qualia! I have been using Qualia for about 5 years now and Qualia truly helps organize our files. It is easy to use and certainly a preferred software for our title transactions. Most vendors are also integrated Qualia, wich helps make it so easy to process our orders for our title searches, lien searches, ect. The least helpful is their messaging. The search option is not excelent and leaves much to be desired. It is hard to search for a property that you can't QUITE recall the address.
