All of the best necessary software programs rolled into one, and it is user-friendly. Our company used to use no less than three software programs. Since using Qualia, I have been able to stay in check and not miss anything when preparing for a closing and the efficient features have saved hours of wasted time each day. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** There is nothing I dislike about Qualia. Things like automatically loading copies of checks, ledger receipts, and marketplace invoices to the document's sections. The Qualia Connect add-on proves to streamline workflows and helps to keep a standard of service and consistency. The customer service is also helpful. Sometimes I'll call in and it will be a simple user error. I feel like a dummy, but having that option rather than losing my mind trying to figure it out for too long is pretty awesome! **What do you dislike about Qualia?** Customer service doesn't always have an answer to the problem, or they have "work around's" to help resolve an issue. Having more options over "Accounting" and "General" when calling in, maybe having teams trained on specific topics, would be more helpful. Some agents will go the extra mile and look into the issue further then email you, but they are rare. I do NOT like the fact that the file just automatically saves everything. People make mistakes, delete things in error, and so on. If I'm looking into an old file and have no backup and I change something in error, there is no easy way to fix it. It could be more streamlined with all contact information being on one tab, currently, you switch between Basic Info, Spouse, and Address. Why can't it all be on one tab? **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** The marketplace makes it easy to find vendors to assist with most title needs. Once a request has been made it lists everything in one place from the order to any messages sent between you and the vendor. This makes it easier to streamline simple tasks like ordering doc prep, tax certs and such. ### 7. Daily reconciliations can be imported at month-end to a monthly reconciliation and it's my absolute favorite! **What do you dislike about Qualia?** I wish that reports were more centralized. Accounting reports are split up between the Reports tab on the "global rail" and in a separate section in the "Global Accounting" area. This can be confusing at times and takes some adjustment to learn which reports are accessible on which reports screen. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Specifically, it saves me a lot of time in reconciling and tracking. The filters built into the reports (ie: transaction flags, transaction type, age, etc) make the information I need easier to identify. ### 8. When adding, changing and updating information and sometimes even pulling information from outside sources, it is always quick. Second, I like that it automatically sends out invites and information requests which saves us workers from repetitive general tasks. Lastly, there is a good amount of in-house functionality from preparing and revising documents to ordering services like notary and surveys. It reduces the need for using other programs and allows us to seamlessly set up services. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** The only thing that I wished would be updated would be the Connect Messaging. I am used to a more inbox style so to have to click through files or scroll through the tab to see what messages have been sent recently can get a little tedious. It may even improve moderately with some kind of "unread" or flagging function where you can mark messages for review later. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualia offers a lot of what is offered by other title software except in a more quick and efficient program. It did not take me long to notice how much faster I was able to work between the speed of the program and the added functionality that other software did not have. ### 29. We have said we need to hold off on some features, but they get very upset when you say that, they sent us a rude e-mail saying we are disappointing them. I think that is very unprofessional. **Recommendations to others considering Qualia:** If you are looking to streamline your process Qualia is a great software. It is user-friendly, it makes work less complicated. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped our time management. Does not take us as long to create files and update information. It also allows all users to see everything that is going on with the file. ### 36. It can almost get overwhelming with how much control you have- which isn't always a bad thing. **Recommendations to others considering Qualia:** Schedule a demo- they'll answer any questions you'll have and go through the whole ordering process. So much cleaner and easier to use than other platforms I considered. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everything is integrated through Qualia. It was very time-consuming. It gets confusing sometimes. We already send out a lot of emails, so the autogenerated ones get repetitive. **Recommendations to others considering Qualia:** Don't be skeptical about Qualia.
