The sales team misrepresented that they ALWAYS had the most up to date title forms, which is why I made the transition. Six months later they still do not have the up to date forms, and LIED and blamed my title underwriters and finally admitted it was a "glitch" in their software program. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate through each screen. Marketplace is also a very useful product to have available. I have worked with a few other platforms and Qualia is by far the best one I have encountered. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** The only downfall (if you can even consider it that) is that you are not able to drag and drop emails directly to Qualia. The only thing I wish it would do that it doesn't is be able to find a property in the search bar using the clients name if they using an company. When a client calls they say their name not the company name and when you have 20 closings with a company on them it's hard to remember who goes to which. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think they are doing great without anything. When ever I am stuck on how to make something work, one simple call to their support help line they get the issue figured out and fixed. ### 12. Prior to Qualia, the company I worked for used a different system that was much more time consuming to get through and had a lot of problems. Everything is organized and very easy to find. Everything connected to a transaction is right there in one location - emails sent, Fedex shipments, documents used, etc. - our previous software didn't do that at all - we had to create our own emails to agents, lenders, etc. and then send them from our regular email server. Fedex shipments were created on the Fedex website. With Qualia, you can see which employee is working on a file, which other employees are signed into Qualia, and you can message each other - all great features! I have found Qualia a lot easier to use compared to other Softwares I have used in the past. **What do you dislike about Qualia?** The tasks are a bit difficult to get set up with closing dates. I also wish we could change some things about tasking such as selecting multiple tasks at once. Some real estate agents do not like using Connect because they have to log in each time to read the correspondence. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualia has helped a lot with my organization. You can pretty much do everything needed for a transaction in one interface and it has made each deal a lot easier. ### 34. The Marketplace is wonderful for ordering title and lien searches. Keeping your files saved and organized for easy access from anywhere is fantastic! **What do you dislike about Qualia?** I wish Qualia would store client (Buyer and Seller) information so that if we have a repeat client, their contact information and other details are easily pulled into the new file without having to re-enter it every time (I wish there was a master contact list). I also wish there were fields for additional email addresses for each contact (work email, secondary email, etc.). **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualia is making it much easier to work remotely when necessary. If I have to stay home with a sick child, for example, I don't need to log on to my work server - I can just access Qualia online. ### 35. Their ability to connect and talk to each other saves me time which we all know saves money and increases productivity! **What do you dislike about Qualia?** I don't have much of anything negative to share. If I had to poke at something, they continue to update the software, which is mainly helpful but sometimes changes how you look at things. Specifically, when they updated the main screen that I use, some info moved around on the screen, but it's all still there, plus a little more than there used to be. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think the main problem Qualia has helped me solve is finding more time and saving me money. With the connectivity they provide, I spend less time downloading and uploading documents so I can spend my time doing other things. ### 36. Reports. Then click on any file, your screen refreshes and you lose your spot in accounting. I wish files would open in a new tab inside CHROME and not on the same page/window because going back to re-run your report is tiresome. **What problems is Qualia solving and how is that benefiting you?** getting rid of paper files has been really nice and being able to see file updates from team members has been helpful. ### 41.
