They are consistently responsive, thorough, and patient. Whenever I encounter a challenge within the system, I feel fully supported—with timely responses and the option to work through solutions via Zoom meetings. Sanjay, in particular, has been instrumental in getting me back on track quickly and effectively. **What do you dislike about Qualcy Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS)?** The processes were not intuitive to me and I needed help navigating and learning how to use the tools. There are training videos but more are necessary. **What problems is Qualcy Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualcy is providing document control for us along with documented training and competencies. This system allows us to limit our users to only the most current versions of controlled documents and we look forward to using it as we move to a completely electronic record management. ### 2. And the system is very comprehensive. **What do you dislike about Qualcy Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS)?** In many environments, the day to day reality of "doing quality" can be challenging. It's more of a behind the scenes function, unlike more "glossy" departments like sales, engineering or executive management. Having integration with traceability forces the quality function to interact with engineering functions more frequently, which is good for efficiency, but some engineering personalities can be challenging. **What problems is Qualcy Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS) solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides a backbone for our ISO 13485 compliant QMS, which we need as a medical device manufacturer. ### 3. Qualcy is more maneuverable and easier to use for the Engineering team than Grand Avenue Software, which was my introduction to Quality systems. the team at Qualcy also has fantastic support and has been able to help us any time we run into a question about the product. **What do you dislike about Qualcy Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS)?** There are times when the function of a specific section is not apparent, and a more comprehensive help platform would go a long way. That said, their support has always been happy to help when needed. **What problems is Qualcy Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Qualcy for our document management, equipment management, CAPA, NC and Audit management, supplier management, and risk management practices. It allows us to run a paper-free QMS, a considerable step up from paper forms. ### 5. The released and effective documents are easy to access. The document change control module is integrated with the training module. Keeping the training records with auto notification for the document changes has been super helpful.
