We know how important NPS metric is so that why we wanted to track our score. We used Qualroo’s NPS template for the same and customized it as per our branding. Before we used to conduct this survey by sending links so the response rate was disheartening. This time, we were surprised of how many responses we got the survey was on our website and mobile app and just took a click for customers to take the survey. We can run NPS surveys on the website, email, and SMS. The dashboard automatically segments the respondents into detractors and passives.
