We have invoices that are paid by partners and not the customer but they still will appear on the Yaypauy platform for the customer. Sometimes they will get confused and pay them. What is most helpful about YayPay is the efficiency it has created. I stay organized and keep everything up to date. The downside of YayPay is not being able to store/move emails in a defined folder to easily access later. Our team has found a work-a-round, but it would be useful. It's easy to see current and past statements and the customer can pay online. It makes billing easy and there's no more having to download and send individual billing statements. That when a customer sends an image it doesn't come through on the email, I still have to use OutLook to process some emails \<\< That has been fixed, but due to a system problem that is being worked on at our end, there are accounts that the contact information has not updated in YayPay, but there is no way to pull a report to show that, not even an aging report, unless we buy something else Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Yaypay is a very easy-to-use platform with tremendous workflow capabilities. The system allows for custom workflow creation which is extremely helpful when setting up the detailed requirements of enterprise customers while also maintaining the appropriate level of communications for the customers who may be less responsive or need more reminders. The system is very easy to use and maintain, very little training needs to be provided to new AR Analysts for use. Yaypay also has a very responsive helpdesk team so if you are in a bind or need some assist, escalations are handled quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I would like to see a bit more functionality for tax exemption certificates baked into the software for tax cert dunning notifications, upload of those documents from customers, and the detailed tax cert info instead of switching back and forth from the ERP and YayPay. Recommendations to others considering Quadient Accounts Receivable: If your company accepts credit cards, make sure that you take advantage of the connections yaypay has with credit card merchants and set up dunning letters and accounts to pay via credit card in secure links. This is great for PCI compliance as it is completely tokenized and takes the ownership off of your team members to 2nd hand receive the credit card numbers for processing. Also - the refresh of utilizing one of YayPay's credit card merchant partners may save you money as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Quadient Accounts Receivable solving and how is that benefiting you? DSO saw a dramatic shift when we began using YayPay; the DSO dropped by double digits. The customer visibility and self-serve portal provided customers, especially those in different time zones, with a means of acquiring the information they needed with much less human interaction. Positive customer experience increased; we no longer have customers complaining about waiting for invoice copies or lack of response. The system has allowed AR team members to focus on actual disputes because the self-serve features and dunning workflows take care of the higher volume "small stuff."
