What I like most is that the tool already has some great built in automations such as filtering clients by aging bucket, not disputed, etc and then emailing all of those with a single click. YayPay offers all the features which we use for our day-to-day AR Activities. We use YayPay everyday to carry out collection activities. It is an easy to use platform and easy to integrate with our workflow. It's also easy to implement. Sending the invoices and following-up is really easy with YayPay. The YayPay team has been consistent about being able to easily modify the system to look and feel how we need it to for our customers. The support team always quickly executes our requests and works diligently to make sure the experience is smooth for our customers. We felt like it would have been nicer if there was less work on our end and more from YayPay to integrate but at the end of the day it got done. The support team has been really great about quickly modifying our invoice templates to make the customer experience more fluid between us and them. Even when we go back later and need to add they always help us get that done quickly.
