What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Receivable?

Ease of use and multi functionality, perfect so far! I really like how everything is in one area and it's a seamless transition to the many pages within YayPay. The dashboard is amazing in that I can see everything at a glance if needed. I went to a meeting one day and instead of having to print a page, simply cast the Dashboard to the screen within the conference room. As I said, the ease of use is truly helpful. What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Receivable?

Occasionally, it may load slower than usual but that could be an internal issue. I would also like the ability to add more office personnel to YayPay and or additional report identifiers at some point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Quadient Accounts Receivable:

If your'e looking for straightforward, organized software, I highly recommend YayPay. From the "to do" list, to synchronization with quick books, this is easily one of the best web based apps I have ever used. The aging report is very detailed, the dashboard helps me illustrate how we are doing to upper management. What problems is Quadient Accounts Receivable solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Receivable?

What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Receivable?

Reporting can be further developed to generate aging reports that distributed to individuals on a given basis. YayPay should also further develop the collections module to include exact invoice numbers of applied payments when sending remittance advice to clients. Moreover, DSO is not calculated on the home page. Payments are taken from the current month; there should be an "as of date" option to exclude certain payments that fall outside the DSO calculation dates. I have opened tickets for these 3 items before and was told it would be logged in for a potential future development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Up and Coming for the NetSuite market"

What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Receivable?

To be up front, we were one of YayPay's first few clients to utilize the product within NetSuite. With all new platforms, there are shortcomings however - the team at YayPay was responsive with any issues we encountered and offered understanding when we raised concerns or identified where technology was lacking. It is rare in the software/technology business unit to find engineers who listen to the consumer/user and actually admit that they are still learning as they go along. I respect this tremendously being in NetSuite for almost 20 years and also part of IT for at least 15 of those years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Receivable?

With all new companies, turnover is inevitable and with that turnover accounts get redistributed and the historical knowledge is then lost. Having worked closely with our account manager and the technology team on the setup within NetSuite, it was disappointing to lose that level of recognition when our account manager left. Now it truly feels like you get entered in to a queue and handled as just another ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quadient Accounts Receivable solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company is still young, and with their standup and implementation of NetSuite there were no collection tools added to the suite initially. YayPay has empowered our collectors to better manage their accounts and show an up to date view of where they are at for any given timeframe, all the while reducing the manual administrative tasks of sending reminders out to customers. We can actually report a DSO, where before it needed to be calculated, and parties in our remote offices overseas can see the same data we can real time. Managing large AR balances over dozens or as in our case hundreds of customers, you need a tool that gives you more than the balance. You need actionable information all in one place to move that AR to become cash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quadient Accounts Receivable solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Company issues invoices and processes client collections through our home made CRM. That CRM does not have the interface or workflow to manage the day to day AR collection process. Even our accounting tool does not provide the insight and workflow anywhere near YayPay's level. This insight allows me to work with different personnel in different departments helping them understand the AR issues at a client level. What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Receivable?

I love how user friendly Yaypay is not only for me as the A/R analyst, but for our clients. They are able to review open and closed invoices while also being able to reference payments and download invoice copies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
