I dislike how when exporting invoices and postings into Quickbooks online there is no option to export a PDF copy of the invoice and approvals, if I want to attach that information into Quickbooks I have to export the information manually and drag and drop into Quickbooks. I find the approval process in Quadient Accounts Payable to be efficient, and I really appreciate having a record of the steps taken before final approval. The Description field on the left-hand side doesn't allow for enough characters, the drop-down lists are not alphabetized, and the Date field does not align with the South African context i.e., Quadient is month/day/year instead of day/month/year. I really like Quadient Accounts Payable because the interface is nice, and the processes are seamless and user-friendly. I get things done much faster since I can upload invoices at the click of a button without a lot of manual effort, which makes the process much easier. I also appreciate that I receive emailed notifications, and the workflows are very helpful and efficient. What I dislike is how creating org units or adding people works. If there were one central place where we could add everything, and it would then guide us to the next step that needs to be completed, that would be perfect. I find Quadient Accounts Payable really easy to access and it features great customization options to fit customer needs. The ability to generate customized reports is a major plus for me. I also appreciate the efficient approval flow, which allows for setting thresholds for each approver and offers a sequential approval process.
