It has simplified our payables process, especially with regards to the approval process, having approvals built into the system is much more convenient. What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Payable? The implementation period took a really long time as we have a lot of legal entities. The process to enroll Cambridge, the 3rd party that processes EFTs, took months of back and forth with a lot of questions. This onboarding process was brushed over by the sales team who said it would be up an running within 1 month. In reality it took almost 6 months to be able to start processing EFTs with the system. I have been using Quadient Accounts Payable Automation by Beanworks for about three years, and it has proven to be extremely efficient for processing invoices, purchase orders, and expenses. The tool has significantly streamlined our processes, reducing the time required and enhancing overall efficiency. The setup was smooth with the help of a dedicated success manager who was very helpful, answering all our questions and facilitating a good start. I also appreciate that we haven't experienced any major problems with it, making it a very reliable tool in our operations.
