What do you like best about Quaderno?

Quaderno is easy to use, does all we need the program to do. The helpdesk at Quaderno is the best ever. Very helpful, always coming up with a solution, and where needed even get in touch with a third party. TOP! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quaderno?

If a contact containt incorrect information, its sometimes hard to get get it corrected. I wish there was a manual override to correct address info on an incoice ones it has been automatically created. But I undertand that is legally not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quaderno?

Quaderno really removes a worry for our business: making sure we comply with sales tax all over the world. It is automated and pain-free. Their customer service is also great; I always receive quick and helpful replies for any of my queries, even if it turns out the issue was not with Quaderno but another piece of software we use. I also love the 3rd party integration options with WooCommerce and Xero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quaderno?

I don't have any complaints. One thing they could perhaps add as a service: submitting sales tax reports on your behalf, especially in countries where a local tax representative is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quaderno?

Everything works as expected. Syncing from Stripe is automatic and quick. Anytime a payment comes in, invoice is added within seconds. Customer portal has more features than Stripe's builtin portal. Invoices design are really flexible with full control on the template (again much better than Stripe's builtin invoices).

Support has been really helpful everytime I contacted them. Pricing is also much better than their competitors. Been using for 6 months and very happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quaderno?

It would be great to improve custom domain support using CNAME and auto SSL provisioning to allow for https customer portal links instead of http. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quaderno?

Customer support is fantastic and fast: they do everything to find a solution even when your request is specific.

The tool is the only one that covered 100% of our use case. They get our business and are knowledgeable regarding VAT regulations.

What do you dislike about Quaderno?
