Since bringing it on, I've been able to get through the same amount of dials in minutes rather than hours. As a newer company it makes sense that there are a few things to work on. Think the UX/design could be better. It's still a straightforward tool to use but would just make navigation a bit easier. Before, we would spend a ton of time on the phone listening to a dial tone and could go through an hour call block without getting a single pickup. Something that didn’t seem possible a few months back.
