Since bringing it on, I've been able to get through the same amount of dials in minutes rather than hours. As a newer company it makes sense that there are a few things to work on. Think the UX/design could be better. It's still a straightforward tool to use but would just make navigation a bit easier. Before, we would spend a ton of time on the phone listening to a dial tone and could go through an hour call block without getting a single pickup. Something that didn’t seem possible a few months back. While it took some getting used to, being able to call so many prospects at the same time, it gets easier quickly as you start making more and more dials everyday. Cannot recommend enough. Quack ironically makes cold calling more enjoyable. I don't need to spend hours listening to dial tones anymore and I could get up and running in under 5 minutes.
