Reports are difficult. Appointments are challenging to manage. Dates aren't included to help manage in the appt. queue for any appts. not checked in. Allow for user-specific defaults. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helping us solve the customers jumping in line and skipping one another. Also allows us to run reporting to view staffing at specific times of day, wait times etc. Having this ability allows us to develop a lean and efficient process as well as resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
