1. QT9 QMS Software is a gamechanger for my organization. We grew from a company of about 40 people to 150 people very quickly and I (QMS Director) did not know how I would maintain our QMS without a tool to help me manage all the requirements of AS9100. I use almost all the modules in the software.

2.This tool shows amazingly well during 3rd party recertification audits, customer audits, any audits really.

3. Implementation of the software was easy and quick. The customer support was unmatched.

4. The ease of use of the system is very intuitive and user friendly. Having the ability to export data is excellent.

5. Other systems I looked at only had a few modules, QT9 has almost every module needed in a QMS

When using the Training module, the module is very slow at times. Wish there was an option to do mass record modifications. Currently any changes are done one a at a time. For example, if an employee is made inactive due to their termination from the company, they still appear on open training records. they have to be removed manually, and when that is required it takes a long time and the system is very slow when dong these activities.
