I have been the most impressed with the customizability of QT9! There are so many fields to use or not use, PLUS there are User Defined Fields that can be utilized in several ways. This has allowed us to grow the software with our company's needs!

There aren't a ton of downsides of QT9 that I have ran into so far. The big one is that at first, it can be pretty overwhelming, especially from the set-up side. I also have some concerns with onboarding the rest of the company when they are not used to having a QMS system at all. However, QT9 has plenty of training resources, so that is helpful! Being an on-premise customer we get updates later than the cloud-based customers; some modules send a lot of emails, and some modules do not send emails at all; the external document module is not very helpful in its current state, and the supplier module isn't as robust as our supplier selection and evaluation process so we do not utilize it at the moment. There are no true downsides to QT9. All modules are well-designed and very practical. The system allows you to make the necessary changes while still keeping the system validated. If there is one thing I would change that would be the names of some of the modules. But overall I would not say there is anything I dislike about the program. There are a few challenges when using the on-premise version. For example, we are not connected to some of the new bells and whistles, such as QT9 University.
