What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?

There are a few challenges when using the on-premise version. For example, we are not connected to some of the new bells and whistles, such as QT9 University. However, this pales in comparison to all the excellent functionality received with the use of QT9, such as the visibility the QT9 brings to our organization as it relates to QMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have several divisions at different locations that operate under the same QMS. Before QT9 as VP of Quality, I had no means by which I could monitor activity. We used many spreadsheets to accomplish the requirements of the AS9100 standard. Now with QT9, I have complete visibility of our QMS at my fingertips. What do you like best about QT9 QMS?

QT9 is the easiest, most user friendly QMS software systems on the market. I've done several ISO audits and even the auditors comment about how easy the software flows from one component to another. Managing a chemical plant, my favorite aspect to QT9 is the seamless connection between safety incidents, their corrective actions, document revisions if needed, and training on those revisions. Each countermeasure is linked and the process is easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?

I'm being extremely picky here. The maintenance module is very easy to use and does a good job at tracking calibrations, pm's, parts/supplies/materials, etc. I wouldn't say it's as good as some of the dedicated CMMS programs on the market but its pretty close. I wish you could add costs / expenses to all maintence activities which could then be used to create a maintenace budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

QT9 made it easier to link non-conforming materials and corrective action plans directly to countermeasures and activities. Whether from a customer complaint, NCP, or other issue, QT9 manages all employee tasks resulting from root causes. It is easy to 'package' all these activities into an easy to follow 'cradle to grave' resolution. It also generates very professional formal reports that can be sent to customers or suppliers as evidence that the issue was resolved and contermeasures in place to prevent them from happening again. I was working with a very upset customer which resulted in us creating a corrective action. After reading the final report which was generated from QT9, they knew we took the matter very seriously, put together a cross functional team with a bias for action, changed how we were doing things, and ultimately validated those changes to prove the countermeasures were working. When it was all said and done, they were happy and even impressed. They're still one of our best customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QT9 QMS?

I have used and implemented a few established eQMS systems and found that the QT9 system is competitive in terms of features and price. It is a one-stop shop for the QMS documents and quality records, and it is cost-effective due to concurrent licensing, which allows customers to need fewer licenses. All processes are straightforward and easy to implement, with a user-friendly interface. The software system is validated, and it has a great customer service support team. What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?

Overall, I’m a happy user of QT9 QMS, as we implemented almost all the modules. Perhaps the QT9 QMS requires more control over what information users can access for the safety module, as some information is confidential, and there are limited features in linking multiple NCP, ECN, and CC to one CA, no pre-approval steps for NCP, CAPA, and Complaint action plan before implementation, and less flexibility in setting up notifications to a specific user on the document control module (by department, which is sometimes not practical). What do you like best about QT9 QMS?

The Document Portal, NCR Reporting Capabilities, Auditing (both internal and external), and Customer Document Portal are essential modules for our daily operations as a service company. QT9 has consistently provided prompt and effective customer support, ensuring that our organization receives timely and satisfactory results. The system is highly user-friendly, enabling seamless operation across all levels of our organization.

Since the implementation of QT9, communication gaps between districts have been effectively bridged, with key members of our team utilizing the system on a daily basis. Additionally, the integration of our previous quality management system into QT9 was straightforward and efficient, without any significant challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?

From my perspective, the downsides of the system are minimal. The only area of concern for our organization pertains to the Customer Document Portal. Currently, when a document is revised, an email notification is sent to alert staff members within our organization, but customers do not receive these alerts. As a result, it falls to our team to manually inform customers of any revisions made to R&M documentation. If this adjustment were made to the QT9 system, it would further enhance its effectiveness and make it a near-perfect solution from our standpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a service-oriented company, we manage hundreds of documents related to the repair and maintenance of our products. Ensuring these documents are consistently updated and effectively distributed both internally and externally is critical to maintaining the quality and reputation of our organization. The Document Portal and Customer Document Portal have streamlined this process, making it efficient and seamless. Additionally, the Quality Management System (QMS) has significantly improved communication regarding NCRs between districts, ensuring accuracy and ease in the exchange of information. What do you like best about QT9 QMS?

Having our QMS in one spot is a game changer.This date driven system with automatic reminders makes it almost impossible to forget something. The training module has made it so easy to keep track of who knows what and once its set up, training new hires and training on document revisions is a breeze. What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?

There's nothing I dislike about QT9. I've yet to implement our risk program due to it not having a risk formula built in for consistency, but I'm hoping in the future it will. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Training - Having it date driven, abililty to create profiles for the repeat yearly trainings and being able to setup job titles the correlate with the documents makes it so easy when new associates onboard.

What do you like best about QT9 QMS?

Concurrent logged in licensing with unlimited users. Budget is known each year and predictable. Do not have to spend additional but limited budget for "light" users, power users, and those in between. Employee portal for training record completion not taking up active user license. Doc Portal add on absolutely worth it.

Best mix of "out of the box" QMS software that reduced overall implementation and integration workload. The "User Defined Fields" provides great customization ability for our specific company needs while maintaining the QT9 provided validation. Our integration specialist (thank you James!) was quick to provide support when we had issue with importing records at the start. The "QT9 University" that is included has provided our basis for training new users on our QMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?

What problems is QT9 QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Document Control: Moved from a paper based workflow to 100% digital workflow. This allowed folks at other sites and those who work remote to provide direct collaboration and approvals. ManageS and control all our documents that requires approval and revision control such as our marketing colladeral, labeling, SOPS, WIs, and even regulatory documents.

CAPA Management: Directly improved our ability track open CAPAs vs our legacy paper system. No longer need a "spreadsheet" to issue CAPA numbers. Ability to direcly link CAR records to others such as Quality Events, NCs, and Deviations really helped with investigations.

Training: Ability for light/ non-everyday users to log into dedicated employee portal to complete training has been great. Ability to directly link training needs and completion across documents and "skill sets" has improved our overall training KPIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QT9 QMS?

The sales and support staff are helpful and knowledable about the product and it's application, the system is simple, yet is a fully functional eQMS, has a streamlined user interface, and there were no add-ons pitched. 1 price tag for a full eMQS system, not broken out into expensive modules like other platforms. What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?

The only downside I've experienced at this point is the lack of integration into our ERP. It's a standalone system that does have open API's, but it would be nice if it was compatable out-of-the-box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

QT9 QMS is getting us away from a messy, paper-based QMS that has proven ineffective due to it's cumbersome nature. With QT9 QMS, fewer resources can acheive much better results. QT9 could benefit from a refresh to enhance its visual appeal and add more advanced functionality in areas like design control and project management to truly stand out as a market leader. What do you like best about QT9 QMS?

All QMS processes data is in one convenient location. The software is very user friendly, plenty of training resources are available with a great customer support. Is is easy to import data from provided Excel forms. I love that there's a link connection like CARs to Audit or Risk Assessments.

Great for collaboration with the team, and task reminding emails are very helpful. There's no need to chase people to get their signatures for documents approval - everything can be obtained through QT9.

What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?

Great program. So far enjoy it a lot. Few recommendations:

1) When creating a training test, it would be nice if there' could be more than one correct answer chosen as an answer.

2) Management review- Audits - Internal Audits tab: would be nice to enter more than one audit information and/ or link the audits that were performed during the period reviewed by Management review Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QT9 QMS?

I really like how we get started with an implementation plan and an implementation specialist that explains how to use all parts of QT9 QMS. I also really like how everything is logged in the Timeline section, so you're able to see what and who did something at a particular time. It has helped us keep track of what has been going on. Having an implementation specialist who can answer all your questions makes it much easier, as you can contact them at any time. They are very nice and answer/explain concepts very concisely. What do you dislike about QT9 QMS?

As a new user, it was a lot at first, but I think it has been getting easier and easier. I think having some videos for each part of the implementation plan would be helpful (apart from the QT9 University videos). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company didn't have a concrete way to log quality management aspects such as training logs, quality audits, and supplier evaluations.
